The Legal Team at Madamser & Co. is involved in the litigation matters pertaining to matters being contested before various Hon’ble Courts, Tribunals and the Trade Marks Registry. Our team comprises of a varied group of Advocates with different backgrounds who contribute immense knowledge, experience, dedication and zeal in achieving the motto of providing services to the best of our ability.
Intellectual Property Registration Team
The Trade mark registration/ Copyright/ Design/ Patent wing at Madamser & Co is headed by Ms. Monika, Advocate and Mr. Arvind Kumar, Advocate. Ms. Monika left her job at the Trade Marks Registry, Dwarka, Delhi to pursue her career as a lawyer. Mr. Arvind Kumar, has graduated in law from Delhi University. He attends trade mark Oppositions/ Rectification before the Trade Marks Registry. The Trade Marks Registry has 5 branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Kolkata. The team represents our clients in all branches.
ACCOUNTS
DEPARTMENT
Ms. Vaishali heads accounts and billing department. Ms. Vaishali also interacts with the statutory auditors. In a short span of 4 years, she has actively involved herself in various facets of the firm. Though from finance department, her good natured presence is found in all activities. She in actively involved in organising festivities in the office, which the members celebrate together with all fervour. Her passion for law has inspired her to seek a law degree, which she is presently pursuing.
SUPPORT TEAM
Mr. Satya Nanda Lenka (Chotey Lal) who leads the support team has been with the firm for 32 years. He is well conversant with filing, office admin and file maintenance. He has a pleasing personality and is popular among his peer group. He is been travelling alongwith Mr. Shailen Bhatia (Advocate) to District Courts all over India. Over the years, he has become well-versed the filing system prevalent in different Courts & Forums. Mr. Satya Nanda Lenka is an asset to the firm and he is always around to lend a helping hand to interns and young advocates. He is helpful to many young Advocates who seek him out for guidance in filing. (even if they are not part of our firm.)
ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION
Ms. Suman is a Coordinator in the firm for the last 12 years and has been a pillar in the progression and development of the firm. She is an important link between the litigation and trade mark departments besides being involved in day-to-day administration of the firm under Ms. Ekta Nayyar Saini. The litigation process involves many facets and stages which involve receipt of inputs from clients, sharing the same with respective teams, exchange of drafts culminating into final filing. To successfully help the client navigate the course prior to filing is her job which she executes with a smile.
