Personal Experience

Mr. Amit Jain, Advocate is a senior partner at Madamser & Co. He holds a Master’s degree in Science and a law degree from Delhi University. At the firm, Mr Jain is involved in litigation, drafting, filing and other general matters pertaining to litigation. He has not only appeared in all Courts in Delhi but has also actively contested litigations in Jaipur, Ludhiana, Rohtak, Gurugram. He has also appeared in Arbitration matters including contractual and commercial cases. Mr Jain’s background in science is an asset in matters related to patents.

An alumni of Hindu College, University of Delhi and student of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School, New Delhi, he has been a part of various social and cultural groups at the school and college level. The initiatives so taken have helped him to develop an ability to resolve dispute by inviting participation and deliberating negotiations among the contesting parties. The said ability has resulted him in settling various contested IPR matters through Court as well as through other mechanisms of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as Mediation and Conciliation.
Madamser & Co. is a law firm established in 1959 by an Advocate couple Mrs. Sudarshan Bhatia and Mr. Kanwal Krishan. They set up their first office in Daryaganj, New Delhi, near the iconic Moti Mahal restaurant.
