Personal Experience

Mr. Arnav Chatterjee started his career with Madamser & Co. as an intern in 2019. During his internship, he took a promise from the management that on graduation, he will be given a position in the firm. Post-completion of his law graduation, he joined the Firm as an Advocate and has been a part of Madamser & Co. since. Mr. Chatterjee apart from IPR litigation at Madamser & Co. also handles litigations under the Companies Act, 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and has also filed a number of Writ Petitions against Legislative and Executive Government bodies. Mr. Arnav Chatterjee has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana and also before various Hon’ble District Courts in Delhi, Karnataka Gujarat. He has also appeared before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal Benches at New Delhi and Mumbai.
Apart from litigations before Hon’ble Courts Mr. Chatterjee has also gained experience in the field of Alternate Dispute Resolution and has handled Arbitration and Mediation matters. He is also having expertise in drafting and vetting of Agreements pertaining to trade mark licensing and assignments, mergers, lending and borrowing, MoUs, co-business agreements etc. He is also experienced in legal research, drafting and filing of cases. He is now a senior Associate in the firm.
