Mr. Arvind Kumar, Advocate has graduated in Law from Campus Law Center, Delhi University. Mr. Arvind Kumar has joined the Madamser & Co. in the year of 2019 and has been a part of Madamser & Co. for the past four years. Mr. Arvind Kumar apart from IPR litigation in various District Courts in Delhi and Gujrat as well as Hon’ble Delhi High Court and also attends trade mark Oppositions as well as TLA Hearing’s before all the Trade Marks Registries in India. The Trade Marks Registry has 5 branches namely Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata.
Apart from litigations before Hon’ble Courts Mr. Arvind Kumar is also experienced in the field of Alternate Dispute Resolution and has handled Mediation matters. He is also having expertise in drafting and vetting of Agreements and settlement deeds pertaining to trade mark licensing, mergers, lending and borrowing, MoUs, assignments, co-business agreements etc. He is also experienced in legal research, drafting and filing of cases. Mr. Arvind Kumar is looking after Consumer Dispute cases handled by the firm and regularly appears before various Ld. District and State Consumer Forums and Hon’ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC). He also appears before the Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal in Delhi.
