Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla completed his B.A. from Faizabad University, Uttar Pradesh and thereafter acquired his law degree from the famed Allahabad University in 1986. He got enrolled as an Advocate in 1988. Mr. Shukla moved to Delhi and then later joined Madamser & Co. and has been a part of our team ever since. Mr. Shukla has decades of experience in litigation and has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and various Hon’ble District Courts of India. He has also appeared before the Ld. Trade Marks Registry, Delhi. His composure and maturity makes him the first choice for accompanying the Ld. Local Commissioners while conducting raid/ commission.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla is looking after Consumer Dispute cases handled by the firm and regularly appears before various Ld. District and State Consumer Forums and Hon’ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC), DRT and Labour Court. He has a natural flair for Labour Court matters.
Madamser & Co. is a law firm established in 1959 by an Advocate couple Mrs. Sudarshan Bhatia and Mr. Kanwal Krishan. They set up their first office in Daryaganj, New Delhi, near the iconic Moti Mahal restaurant.
