Mrs. Monika, Advocate has done her graduation from Delhi University in 2004 and post-graduation in Hindi from Indira Gandhi National Open University batch 2010. Mrs. Monika has done her L.L.B from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut batch 2013. She has eight years work experience in the Trademarks Registry, Delhi and started her law career with Madamser & Co. in 2018. She has been a part of the firm for the past 4 years. She is handling all matters regarding trademarks like oppositions, applications, copyrights and hearings of Trademark Registry.
Madamser & Co. is a law firm established in 1959 by an Advocate couple Mrs. Sudarshan Bhatia and Mr. Kanwal Krishan. They set up their first office in Daryaganj, New Delhi, near the iconic Moti Mahal restaurant.
