Personal Experience

Mr. Raghav Bhalla is a law graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, batch of 2014-19.
He brings with him a vast experience of appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court etc. He has achieved considerable experience to appear in various District Courts of Delhi, Rohtak, Fatehabad, State Consumer Forum, Delhi, National Consumer Forum, DRT, IPAB (before its abolition) etc.
Mr. Raghav Bhalla is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and to develop innovative issues. He is able to work well on his own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of dead line, even under significant pressure. He possesses a strong ability to perform effectively.
His core area of practise is IPR, Civil, Criminal and Matrimonial law.

Mr. Raghav is actively involved in drafting, filing of cases, client dealing etc.

He has also assisted in several landmark cases. Some of the Landmark judgements under his belt are as follows:
