Mr. Shailen Bhatia, Advocate is a 1989 law graduate from Delhi University and is our Chief Counsel. He has appeared in many cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Hon’ble High Court of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh at Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh High Court at Shimla, Hon’ble Madras High Court, Hon’ble Kerala High Court, Hon’ble Allahabad High Court and District Courts of Gurugram, Noida, Rohtak, Agra and Surat amongst others. He has travelled widely and has had matters contested in Germany, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
Mr. Shailen Bhatia is deeply involved in litigation and strategy. He is regularly briefed on matters by other leading IPR firms. Madamser & Co. actively utilizes Mr. Bhatia’s acumen and expertise for all legal activities. Mr. Shailen Bhatia has an active role in Corporate and Civil litigation apart from the routine IPR matters. He has a vast experience in appearing before Ld. Arbitrators when appointed by the Courts in various cases.
Mr. Bhatia has decades of experience in civil litigation in India as well as several Foreign Countries. He has set up the foreign wing at Madamser & Co. and has consulted and led his Clients in acquiring intellectual property rights in not just India but several foreign countries making their presence and mark felt worldwide which has transformed the local businesses of his Clients into International Businesses.
